Terms & Conditions

• All bookings are made via our partner HostelBookers.com, who confirm bookings to individual accommodations.
• As HostelBookers.com do not operate any of the properties themselves we recommend that you reconfirm your booking with the property prior to arrival.
• Any cancellations must be made directly with the accommodation, at least 48 hours before your due arrival date (unless otherwise stated in the booking). Failure to cancel your booking will result in the accommodation charging your credit/debit card for the first night’s stay.
• Upon making confirming a reservation, you agree to pay a non-refundable and non transferable deposit of 10% of the total value of your booking, in addition to any booking fees in effect at the time of booking. You will be responsible to the accommodation provider for payment of the balance of the accommodation cost per person.
• Deposits are non refundable & non transferable in the event of you canceling or amending a booking.
